PROCESSING TIME
- Original Paintings: 3-5 business days
- Fine Art Prints: Up to 14 days for production and processing
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method
Artwork is shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Delivery options may vary based on your location.
Shipping Rates
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order:
- Prints (0-2 lbs): FREE SHIPPING
- Medium Artwork (2-15 lbs): $75.00
- Large Artwork (15-30 lbs): $150.00
Delivery Time
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, and United Kingdom
Processing Time
Same as domestic orders (3-5 business days for originals, up to 14 days for prints)

- Medium Artwork (2-15 lbs): $75.00
- Large Artwork (15-30 lbs): $150.00
Delivery Time
International shipping typically takes 7-21 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
⚠️ IMPORTANT - CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, and any other fees charged by your country.
These charges are NOT included in your product price or shipping cost and will be collected by your local carrier or customs office at the time of delivery.
Customs fees vary by country and are determined by your local government. We recommend checking with your country's customs office for estimated costs before placing your order.
Pentuition Creative Works is not responsible for any customs delays, fees, or refused shipments due to unpaid duties or taxes.
PACKAGING
Each piece of artwork is carefully packed using protective materials to prevent damage during transit. We strive to ensure it arrives as beautifully as you expect.
Original Artworks
Original paintings are securely packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Limited Giclée Editions (Prints)
All prints ship rolled in durable tubes to prevent damage during transit. Prints include a 1/4 inch white border on all sides for easy framing.
TRACKING
All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your artwork arrives damaged or if there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll work with you to resolve the situation.
COLOR ACCURACY
Colors of the artwork may appear differently depending on the device used to view them. To ensure your satisfaction, we recommend checking the artwork on different screens prior to making your purchase. Should you require additional photographs of the piece, please contact us - we are more than happy to assist.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
Upon purchasing our artwork, you are granted the privilege to enjoy it as decor in both personal and professional environments. We kindly ask you to refrain from altering the artwork or creating reproductions without obtaining written permission from the artists of Pentuition Creative Works. The artist retains copyright and may utilize the image for prints, publications, and other purposes.
